The Happiness Training Programme is an 8-week online course starting Weds 23rd September with Miriam Akhtar and Chris Johnstone. The aim of the weekly webinars is to plant positive psychology practices to improve your mood and quality of life as well as covering the foundations of positive psychology. The group coaching suits those who want to build their personal well-being and coaches, therapists and practitioners who want to master the basics of positive psychology and familiarise themselves with the practices they can pass on to their clients.
