TV appearances include news programmes on the BBC, ITV and Canada’s CTV, as an expert on BBC2′s Secret Life of the Airport and Dave’s Comedians Giving Lectures and a guest on ITV1’s Katie Piper Show.
Radio appearances include BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour, Off the Page and Sunday programmes and many guest spots across commercial radio and BBC local radio. She was a regular guest of Dr Phil Hammond on BBC Radio Bristol’s Saturday Surgery.
Miriam’s professional background is in the broadcast media. Awards include the Medical Journalists Association Gold Award and a Sony Gold Award while working as a producer for BBC Radio 4 and a Silver Spire Award at the San Francisco International Film Festival for a documentary on Channel 4.

We love working on wellbeing campaigns. Miriam has acted as a brand ambassador and consultant on a variety of campaigns. For Ryvita she was the wellbeing expert on a Positivity Panel fronted by Davina McCall. She worked on a Positive Ageing campaign for Dove in association with the Daily Telegraph, where she was named as one of the women who are rewriting the rules on ageing.
