Bristol Walking Festival: Walk for Well-being
Did you know that it takes only 5 minutes of green exercise (physical activity in a natural environment) to produce positivity? I’ll be the guest speaker as part of the Bristol Walking Festival on Sunday 11th May. We’ll be walking & talking about happiness, inner strength & well-being as we experience the benefits for real. The walk will take us to Leigh Woods on the other side of the Clifton Suspension Bridge and is facilitated by Rosalind Turner.
