LUNCH and LEARN is a fun way to learn something new and grow your wellbeing while you eat! It makes positive psychology easily digestible and easier to fit into a busy schedule. We learn best in short bursts so bite-sized learning is ideal, delivered in 60-minute sessions.
You’re more likely to remember information when it’s presented in small chunks. It’s a modern way of learning, which is both engaging and effective. One of the benefits of bite-sized learning is that you retain more. Neuroscience shows that it is repeated practice that wires a new habit. Weekly webinars help you lay down the foundations of greater wellbeing.

Pick & Mix: Choose a programme of 6-10 webinars from any of the training and course options on this site. You can also find inspiration in the Positive Psychology Foundations and Positive Psychology Masterclasses. Schedule a weekly or monthly session or make it part of your mental health awareness month. Think #MondayMotivation, #WellbeingWednesday or #FeelGoodFriday.
